Sandra was up early and cooked breakfast for everyone. 10:00 am, we leave for Cherokee Reservation. We saw tons of bikes and found out there was a
rally in Maggie Valley, which was not our direction. The reservation is a cool place! Lots of shops, but definitely touristy. We shop at the museum. Bob and Dawn bought a beautiful
mounted peace pipe. They're really into the American Indian. We gave them money towards the pipe as a wedding present. We weren't sure what to get them and hoped that somewhere along the trip,
something special would come up. We bought several pieces of beaded jewelry for Alana. We then went through the Great Smoky National Park and took photos at the Appalachian Trail. Had lunch at
the Smorgasbord in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. Main Street had a car show up and down both sides of the street. Lots of shops. In fact, everywhere we've been has had local arts and crafts and
antiques, but we haven't stopped to check them out. Scenery is what we want. We stopped in Cookville, Tennessee and ate at O'Charleys. It's getting cold and we still need to get to Nashville, so
we jump on 40 and stop in Lebanon for gas and decide to call it a night so we are at Comfort Inn. We're meeting Bob and Dawn at 6:45 am tomorrow for our farewells.
